Led by Nasra Wehelie, who brings both lived governance experience and hands-on HR leadership to Empathy 4 Impact’s workplace culture transformation work. As HR Chair of the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County for more than eight years, she has overseen executive leadership transitions, compensation reviews, performance accountability structures, and policy modernization in a high-impact youth-serving organization. She has chaired the difficult conversations, navigated governance complexities, and strengthened systems that directly impact staff morale, retention, and mission delivery. This depth of leadership allows her to guide organizations in transforming workplace culture with credibility, discipline, and measurable results. 

 

Her extensive leadership experience, combined with a focus on empathy and emotional intelligence, equips her to design workplaces where strategy, culture, and performance reinforce one another. Her HR leadership informs each of Empathy 4 Impact’s four strategic solutions: culture and systems diagnostics, leadership capability and emotional intelligence integration, policy and performance redesign, and compensation alignment.

Through a 4Ps Culture & Systems Alignment Diagnostic, Empathy 4 Impact helps organizations uncover the root causes behind burnout, disengagement, and trust erosion.
